Surveys Planned for Tomorrow Afternoon!

Hi everyone! It appears Backerkit has fixed the previously mentioned bug and surveys should be ready to go out tomorrow, Wednesday the 24th. I'm waiting until then to make sure no further issues crop up with the smoke test backers, but so far everything looks good. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding, and I will continue to keep you updated on anything that may arise.

A Brief Note About Surveys

Hi everyone! I'd originally intended to send out surveys this afternoon, but the smoke test we ran over the weekend showed a small issue with the survey form. I'm waiting for Backerkit to fix it before we can proceed and, if we're lucky, it will be resolved by this evening. Because it takes time to investigate the issue, however, there's a possibility it might take another day or two before the form is fixed. As mentioned previously, I will update you right before surveys go out, whenever that happens to be,  and I appreciate your patience as we make sure everything's working perfectly before we proceed.

Limited Edition Dice & Smoke Test

Backerkit Smoke Test

Hi everyone! As we get ready to start collecting information via surveys, I wanted to update you about a few things. First, as previously mentioned, some of you--about 5%--may receive a link to your survey a day or two before we send surveys to all backers. This is part of Backerkit's "smoke test," which lets us know that surveys are working correctly, and whether we need to make any changes before sending out the whole batch. If you don't receive a survey in the next day or two, don't worry! It just means you're not part of the smoke test. I'll post another update the moment surveys for all backers go out, so you'll know they're coming.

Limited Edition 4d6 Dice Set

I have received the dice for the custom dice sets and they are gorgeous! I've also made them available to purchase in the pre-order store and as an add-on for backers. If you're already a backer, please make sure you purchase these as an add-on through your survey, as pre-orders are categorized differently in Backerkit.

Backer Surveys Planned for November 22nd

Hi everyone! A small update to let you know that surveys will be going out to all backers on Monday, November 22nd. At that time, Kickstarter will have finished processing pledges and all backer info will be imported into Backerkit. A small number of you (approximately 5%) will receive your surveys early--most likely on Friday, November 19th--as part of a "smoke test" that helps us check to make sure our Backerkit setup is working correctly.

When surveys go out, you will have until mid-January to fill them out. At that point, I'll be locking add-ons to pledges, though you will still be able to change your address before we ship. I'm doing this so that I have a more exact number for manufacturing toward the beginning of next year. You will also not be charged shipping until shortly before we send out physical rewards. I'm sure many of you have heard of the difficulties with shipping and supply chains that are occurring in most of the world. Because current shipping prices are fluctuating so dramatically it's difficult to predict the cost of shipping a year from now. I want to make sure that I'm providing you the best rate I can when it's time to send out rewards.

Pre-Order Store Open

I'll be in touch again right before surveys go out to let you know that they're coming. In the meantime, I've opened a pre-order store for anyone who might have missed the campaign while it was live. Please do not use the pre-order store for add-ons if you are already a backer, as Backerkit categorizes pre-order customers separate from campaign backers and you could be charged twice! Instead, campaign backers will be able to add items to their pledge through the surveys sent on November 22nd.

A Very Brief Update Regarding Backerkit

Hi everyone! I wanted to give you a quick update about surveys, so you know what's happening on my end. I had originally intended to send them out this afternoon, but I'm waiting for Backerkit to get back to me regarding shipping charges, so surveys may not go out until next week. It's my intention to not charge shipping until we're closer to fulfillment, and there's a way to do that on Backerkit via a new beta they've developed, but it requires liaising with the company first.

I appreciate your patience, and will continue to keep you in the loop as more information arrives!
